As a key member of our design partnership, you will play a crucial role in delivering a varied portfolio of civil engineering projects, including rail station footbridges, road bridges, and coastal defences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and ensure the quality of documents, designs, and drawings completed by the team, adhering to design standards, industry best practice, and client expectations.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project design teams, supporting less experienced colleagues and promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Apply your expertise in the investigation, assessment, and design of civil engineering projects, with a focus on bridges and structures.
  • Experience with Network Rail's design assurance process and CRE (Civils) endorsement for Network Rail projects is highly desirable.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders, leveraging your excellent communication skills and technical written English abilities.
