Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Risk & Compliance Executive to join our team at Distinct Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, managing conflicts of interest, and identifying potential risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolving escalated conflict issues and ensuring adherence to internal policies and procedures.
- Conducting and reviewing risk reports to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.
- Facilitating the resolution of conflicts of interest and confidential information issues.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years of relevant Risk & Compliance experience gained within a Legal or Financial Services setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary, up to £30,000 DOE, as well as a range of benefits, including hybrid working, 25 days holiday, and a generous pension scheme.
