We are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join our team in Bracknell. As the Order to Cash Credit Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of our client's credit operations.
Your main responsibilities will include overseeing the credit policy's consistent application, enhancing the efficiency of order to cash processes, and addressing debtor issues. You will work closely with the operational Shared Service Centre (SSC) and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless cash management and clean accounts receivable ledgers.
You will conduct risk assessments and periodic credit reviews to balance sales performance with the reduction of bad debt risks. Your fluency in Spanish and English, with proficiency in Portuguese, will be essential in collaborating with customers in Spain and Portugal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the credit policy's consistent application
- Enhance the efficiency of order to cash processes
- Address debtor issues and ensure timely resolution of credit-related queries
- Conduct risk assessments and periodic credit reviews
- Collaborate with customers in Spain and Portugal
About the Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a proactive self-starter with strong communication and influencing skills. You should have substantial credit control experience within an international sales environment and be able to manage workloads effectively. Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage.
The Offer
This is an initial 6-month contract, with a day rate of £200-225 per day (inside IR35).
