About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Development Manager to join our team at BMS Performance. As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key clients in the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with architects, landscape architects, engineers, and local authorities to develop their knowledge and awareness of our products and solutions.
  • Represent our full range of paving, facing brick, and retaining wall solutions to clients.
  • Shadow existing employees to gain a deeper understanding of the market and how to conduct effective CPD meetings.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products, market, and sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Graduate degree from a variety of disciplines.
  • Confidence, relationship building, effective questioning, ambition, resilience, and a driving license.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
What We Offer
  • £28,000 basic salary.
  • £40k OTE.
  • Company car/car allowance.
