  • Supervising and motivating the plant area team to achieve sales objectives and surpass customer expectations.
  • Upholding high standards of plant care, including watering, pruning, and pest management.
  • Monitoring inventory levels, ordering new stock, and ensuring precise stock management.
  • Implementing merchandising strategies to enhance the visual appeal of the plant area and drive sales.
  • Providing expert advice to customers on plant selection, care, and maintenance.

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Previous experience in horticulture, gardening, or a related field.
  • Excellent plant knowledge and a genuine passion for gardening.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • The ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
