Horticultural Technician

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Horticultural Technician to join our team in Cambridge. As a Horticultural Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining our customers' floral displays and hanging baskets, installing, cleaning, watering, and trimming where necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and install floral displays and hanging baskets for our customers.
- Work on both interior and exterior projects, including gardening, high-level hanging baskets, and plant maintenance.
- Assist with new installations and promote our core values with great customer care.
- Work at height and use PDA devices to confirm job requirements, attendance, and manage site access issues.
Requirements:
- PA1, PA6, Lantra, and NPTC qualifications are preferred.
- Experience in gardening, plant nurseries, garden centers, or horticulture is beneficial.
- A full UK driving license held for at least 12 months is required.

- Salary between £25,000 and £26,500 + £500 performance bonus.
