Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and certified MOT Tester/Vehicle Technician to join our expanding team at Dept. of Recruitment Limited. This role offers excellent opportunities for career advancement.

Working Hours:
The standard operational hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Saturday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Specific working hours will be discussed during the interview, with enhanced pay available for weekend shifts on a rota basis.

Compensation:
Salary is dependent on experience, plus a bonus for branch fitting.

Key Responsibilities:
- All MOT Testers must possess a valid Tester licence issued by the DVSA, with renewal costs covered by the company if the licence has lapsed.
- Conduct MOT tests in accordance with DVSA standards and accurately input details into the DVSA computer system.
- Install specified products on customer vehicles and perform a variety of ancillary services.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Centre and its equipment consistently.
- Drive sales of products and services offered by the company, adhering to established procedures.
- Follow the company’s policies and procedures diligently.
- Comply with reasonable instructions from management.
- Maintain a clean and presentable uniform at all times, as provided by the company.
- Be available for work during the hours specified by the company.
