Job Title: Programme Construction Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead the overall project activities for the North West Region. As a Programme Manager, you will be accountable for ensuring all team members operate safely and are focused on delivery on time, to cost, and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple projects in the North West Region, ensuring customer requirements are achieved through effective project management.
- Support and manage Project Managers, Installation, and Technical teams, and liaise with project support teams.
- Manage cost and ensure effective planning to meet project objectives.
- Develop and maintain a positive work culture, leading objective setting, and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet business needs.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Programme Manager or Senior Project Manager in the construction sector.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical skills for data interpretation to assist process improvements.
- Project Management qualification, e.g., APM PPQ or equivalent.
- Valid UK driving license.
