Construction Programme Manager

We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead our construction projects in the North West region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of multiple projects, managing a team of project managers, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the overall project activities for the North West region, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery.
- Manage a team of project managers, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure project success.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams, to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
- Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and resource allocation strategies to achieve project objectives.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards, including health and safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
- Proven experience as a Programme Manager or Senior Project Manager in the construction sector.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders, build strong relationships, and influence others to achieve project goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Valid UK driving license and willingness to travel to project sites in the North West region.
