About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Classroom Support Assistant to join our team at a fantastic Secondary School in Hillingdon. As a Classroom Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the lead teacher and students in the classroom.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the lead teacher with delivering classes and preparing materials
  • Support students with SEN and SEMH needs, including ASD, ADHD, and Anxiety
  • Work with students in 1:1 and group focus groups to improve academic and social performance
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
