NDT Manager Job Opportunity

Texo Recruitment is seeking an experienced NDT Manager to oversee the safe management of our NDT facility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and executing workshop activities, managing health and safety, handling radiation tasks, and ensuring projects meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day NDT operations, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
  • Act as Health & Safety representative for the NDT facility, promoting a safe working environment.
  • Oversee radiation activities and paperwork, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Compile reports and ensure accurate invoicing, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain UKAS ISO 17020 accreditation, demonstrating our commitment to quality.
  • Provide input into budget and workforce planning, supporting the growth and development of our team.
Essential Skills:
  • Level II qualification in at least 3 methods (PCN or ASNT).
  • Extensive experience in NDT/PT, preferably in a management role.
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong teamwork skills, with a focus on collaboration and communication.
