Trainee Mortgage Adviser Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainee Mortgage Adviser. As a Trainee, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in the mortgage industry, working closely with our experienced Mortgage Advisers and Administration team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the administration of mortgage applications, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Provide routine liaison with lenders, insurance companies, and clients, ensuring that mortgage or insurance policies are case managed from initial application through to completion.
  • Support Mortgage Advisers on more complex cases, developing a deeper knowledge of the market and having more contact with clients.
  • Sit the CeMAP qualification while working closely with the Advisers and Administration team.

Requirements:

  • Previous sales, finance, or customer services experience is advantageous.
  • A "can do" attitude and a willingness to learn and listen are required.

What We Offer:

  • A salary of £24,000 + Bonuses (around £2K pa).
  • Full training provided to achieve the industry-recognised CeMAP Mortgage Advice qualification.
