Position Overview:

Salary: Starting from 34,812.3

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster a secure and supportive atmosphere for children, guided by therapeutic parenting methodologies.
  • Assist young individuals in their daily activities, providing support as needed during transitions to and from various engagements, including educational settings and appointments.
  • Uphold a safe and tidy living environment.
  • Ensure confidentiality is maintained at all times.
  • Engage in supervision, personal development planning, and mandatory training sessions.
  • Keep precise records of attendance, incidents, and developmental milestones.
  • Ensure all documentation and reports are current and comply with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
  • Progressing towards or holding a Level 4 Diploma in the Children and Young People Workforce.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a residential childcare setting.
  • A valid driver's license, if driving duties are required.
