Job Summary

Away Resorts is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Security Officer to join our team at Cleethorpes Pearl. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests and staff, while also providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming guests into the park and monitoring vehicle access
  • Patrolling the park on foot and by vehicle to ensure security and safety
  • Performing door duties and checking guest passes
  • Assisting guests with out-of-hours problems and delivering gas as needed
  • Dealing with conflicts and security-related issues

Requirements

  • Full driving license
  • Customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
  • Evidence of problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a holiday park or similar environment
  • First Aid Level 3 certification
