Early Years Lead

About the Role:
We're seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as an Early Years Lead. As a key member of our nursery, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of young minds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a dedicated team, fostering children's development in inspiring environments.
- Take ownership of planning, observations, and assessments in alignment with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Work closely with Quality Training Advisors to achieve outstanding results and outcomes for children.
- Play a key role in supporting the education and development of your key children through high-quality teaching and learning.
Requirements:
- Full and relevant level 3 qualification (Essential)
- An Enhanced DBS check (we'll cover the costs)
- Open, honest, and compassionate
- Inspiring and passionate about early years and working with children
