About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Receptionist to join our team at Bupa. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to our residents, their families, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all visitors, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Offer advice and support to residents, families, and staff, both face-to-face and over the phone.
  • Assist the Home Manager and Administrator with administrative tasks, such as maintaining paperwork and filing.
  • Ensure daily and weekly tasks are completed in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Receptionist, with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service.
