About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with adults with learning disabilities, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake telephone and face-to-face reviews to assess the needs of adults with learning disabilities
  • Develop and implement support plans to help individuals achieve their goals
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals, including healthcare and education teams
  • Provide guidance and support to individuals and their families
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need to have a social work qualification and full SWE registration, as well as over 3 years post-qualified experience gained in an Adults Services setting, working in the adult Learning Disability Service.
