Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to staff and students, including service courses, programmes, committees, meetings, and events.
  • Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, using Microsoft Office applications and student records/management systems such as SITS and e:Vision.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, students, and external customers, both verbally and in writing.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements, ensuring smooth logistics and timely execution.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, students, and external partners, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Education to A-level standard or equivalent.
