Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Schools and Programmes Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Faculty of Education, Health and Wellbeing at the University of Wolverhampton.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to staff and students, including service courses, programmes, committees, meetings, and events.
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and databases, including student information systems and other relevant software.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements, as required.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, students, and external partners, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
- Education to A-level standard or equivalent.
- Proven experience in office administration, with a strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications and excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
- Knowledge of student records and management systems, such as SITS and e:Vision, is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and professional approach to work.
