Empower Family Group is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Supported Living Deputy Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing a nurturing and structured environment for young people aged 16 and over within our Supported Living service.

As a key member of the management team, you will work closely with the Outreach and Supported Living Manager, Director, Team Manager, and Support Workers to ensure the delivery of high-quality care that empowers young people to achieve their full potential.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Embody and promote the organization's values and ethos in all aspects of your work.
  • Support the implementation of individualized care plans that reflect the wishes, needs, and aspirations of each young person.
  • Provide guidance and support to young people as they develop essential life skills, such as independent living, financial management, social interaction, and personal well-being.
  • Foster a supportive and encouraging environment that enables young people to make informed choices and pursue their goals.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the delivery of consistent and high-quality care.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications and Experience:

We are seeking an individual who possesses:

  • A strong commitment to working with young people and supporting their development.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in a care or support role, preferably within a residential setting.
  • A passion for empowering young people to achieve their full potential.

This role requires an enhanced DBS check for child and adult workforce with barred list checks.
