About the Role:
The Sales Director will be responsible for developing and driving the commercial strategy for our UK business, focusing on delivering revenue and channel growth while balancing margin, volume, and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a commercial strategy to drive revenue and channel growth
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, particularly in the Bev Alc category
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
