About the Team

Our Marketing team is a diverse and supportive group of individuals who are passionate about promoting our university and attracting new potential students to university. Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic brand marketing strategy and plans that aligns with the university's overall marketing and brand goals
  • Develop and execute a data-driven student recruitment strategy and campaigns that aligns with our strategic objectives and delivers on clear performance targets.
  • Craft compelling campaigns across multiple channels, from digital and social media to print and partnerships, ensuring every touchpoint reflects our vibrant brand and resonates with future students.
  • Collaborate with Recruitment teams and academic leaders to tailor campaigns to specific course offerings and ensure a seamless journey for prospective students.
  • Manage a team of skilled Marketing Officers, providing guidance, support, and fostering their professional development.
  • Analyse campaign performance, optimise strategies, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights and reporting.
  • Champion creativity and innovation, leveraging emerging trends and technologies to stay ahead of the curve in the competitive world of student recruitment.

Your Profile

  • A proven track record of success in managing multi-faceted marketing campaigns in the Higher Education/FE sector.
  • A strong understanding of marketing principles including audience segmentation, campaign management, and evaluation.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and address marketing challenges
  • Solid experience in media buying across digital and non-digital channels.
  • Expertise in project management and the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills to inspire both internal and external audiences.
  • A collaborative spirit and the ability to build strong relationships across the university.
  • A passion for education and a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities of the Higher Education/FE landscape.
