Experienced Culinary Specialist Required - Sheffield - FM Service Provider - £17 per hour


CBW Staffing Solutions is excited to present a unique opportunity for a Culinary Specialist to join a well-established organization in Sheffield. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in culinary arts and be available to start immediately on a flexible schedule.

Position Details:
  • Flexible working hours
  • 30 hours per week
  • Ongoing contract
  • Hourly rate - £17
  • Immediate availability required
IMPORTANT – Candidates must possess a Level 2 Food and Hygiene Certificate and be able to commit to the outlined schedule.

Qualifications:

NVQ Level 2 in Culinary Arts or equivalent, Food Hygiene Certificate – Level 2

Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficient food preparation according to established recipes
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all menu offerings
  • Management of food production to minimize waste
  • Ensuring adequate food supply during service times
  • Upholding food quality and brand standards
  • Maintaining high hygiene and health safety standards, identifying any discrepancies
  • Documenting consumption volumes and overproduction
  • Assisting in the preparation of opening and closing checklists for shifts
  • Collaborating with management on ideas for improvement
  • Training and mentoring new team members on kitchen procedures and standards
  • Participating in required training sessions
