We are seeking a Culinary Specialist to enhance our food services team. Your role will be pivotal in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our patients, ensuring they receive high-quality meals and beverages, while also accommodating any special requests.

Spire Healthcare has a long-standing tradition of providing outstanding independent healthcare, and our facilities are designed to offer a serene environment for recovery and care. Our institution is equipped with modern amenities, including advanced diagnostic imaging and surgical facilities, to support our commitment to patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring that all patients, staff, and visitors enjoy a superior dining experience in line with our catering policies. Lead and manage the catering team to deliver efficient and effective food services to all hospital users. Prepare meals to the highest standards, maintaining hygiene and safety protocols at all times. Ensure all catering personnel complete mandatory training annually, including health and safety refreshers. Manage food costs effectively within the catering department. Engage in the quality assurance process to uphold our service standards.

Ideal Candidate:

A strong focus on customer service. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Previous experience in the hospitality sector is beneficial but not required.
