About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Lead Engineer to join our Client Engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of Onshore, Marine, or Crane systems for critical Client work packages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a multi-discipline engineering team to ensure project success
  • Support Client Project Manager in overseeing consultants and contractors
  • Shape project requirements and perform assurance activities
  • Collaborate with BIM/CAD teams to ensure designs meet project and stakeholder needs
  • Review and accept project documentation to maintain high standards
  • Ensure compliance with design intent during project execution
  • Lead discussions to drive project milestones
  • Provide technical supervision to oversee commissioning and decommissioning
  • Deliver engineering presentations to uphold Environment, Health, Safety, Security, and Quality standards
Requirements
  • Qualification to degree level in a relevant engineering or scientific discipline
  • Chartered Engineer status or ability to attain chartered status
  • Mechanical, Civil and Structural Engineer background preferred
  • Project engineering experience in a highly regulated environment
  • Basic health and safety training for site visits
  • Nuclear safety case (desirable)
