Job Summary:
Madigan Gill Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team on a 3rd shift and weekend schedule. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for protecting our clients' premises, assets, and all stakeholders who are present on site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Site Security and Compliance: Uphold the site rules and follow agreed policy and procedures set out by Madigan Gill Ltd and the client.
- CCTV Monitoring: Monitor CCTV for the purposes of crime prevention, access control, and the review of all incidental events.
- Site Patrols: Regular patrolling of the site including identity checks.
- Access Control: Control of access to the site (Pedestrian and Vehicle).
- Premises Security: Lock and unlock of the premises.
- First Aid: Provide first aid to persons who require urgent assistance.
- Incident Response: Respond to and investigate all incidental events on site.
- Health and Safety: Compliance with the site Health & Safety Programme.
- Site Keys: Issuance / Return of site keys.
- Alarm Response: Response to alarm activations.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
