Job Title: Fire and Security Project Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Fire and Security Project Engineer to join our team at Marlowe Fire and Security. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality fire and security solutions to our clients across the South East London region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical engineering, installation, and management of fire and security projects
  • Liaising with clients to ensure project deadlines are met while maintaining profitability, health, safety, and quality
  • Planning and controlling labour and materials required to deliver projects
  • Ensuring all engineering paperwork is allocated to engineers and commissioning works are completed correctly
  • Providing technical expertise as required on projects
  • Attending site meetings as required
  • Line management of engineers and subcontractors
  • Managing job profitability and reporting to project managers
  • Controlling all aspects of health and safety on sites
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the fire and security industry
  • Experience of engineering projects across single and multiple site locations
  • Technical knowledge of major fire and security systems
  • Demonstrable technical experience with good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
Benefits:
  • Basic salary: £40-46,000 subject to experience
  • Overtime, travel time, and commission: circa £10,000
