We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Paediatric Nurse to join our team at NHS Professionals Limited. As a Paediatric Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients of all ages and backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive care to patients in a variety of healthcare settings, including hospitals and community clinics.
- Work collaboratively with patients, families, and carers to develop and implement effective care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
- Document patient information and progress in a clear and concise manner.
- A minimum of 6 months paid experience in a Paediatric hospital environment within the last 3 years.
- Comply with NMC Professional Registration and keep up to date with current nursing practices.
- A Paediatric Nursing Degree.
