We are a prominent commercial debt recovery consultancy seeking to expand our team with a talented and driven Senior Collections Specialist.


Role Overview:
As a Senior Collections Specialist, you will be integral to our collections team, operating in a hybrid model that combines office and remote work.


Key Responsibilities:
Your role will involve:

  • Contacting clients to recover overdue debts
  • Collaborating with clients and legal representatives
  • Processing confirmed payments
  • Addressing and resolving queries
  • Building and maintaining client relationships
  • Generating reports for clients

Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Proven experience in a fast-paced credit control or debt recovery environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A strong willingness to learn and adapt
  • A proactive approach to challenges

Desirable Attributes:
While not mandatory, proficiency in a second language would be advantageous.
