Job Summary

The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Multi Skilled Operative to join our team at North Devon Homes. As a key member of our planned, voids and response team, you will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of high-quality repairs to domestic dwellings, utilizing your expertise in wet trades, drylining, and masonry.

Main Responsibilities

  • To diagnose and rectify faults in accordance with our repair obligations, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • To plan and manage work effectively, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • To accurately account for all materials used and maintain an adequate van stock to enable all normal minor repairs to be effected on one visit.
  • To develop effective working relationships with colleagues, partners, and key stakeholders.

About You

  • You will be a skilled tradesperson with demonstrable experience in wet trades, drylining, and masonry.
  • You will have additional experience of basic carpentry, wall tiling, patch plastering, and painting and decorating.
  • You will have working knowledge of health & safety principles.
  • You will work well in a team environment, be comfortable working independently, and be supportive of others.
  • You will hold a full driver's license.
