Make a Difference as a Care Assistant with Alina Homecare

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team of Care Assistants in Brighton. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to provide essential support to individuals in their homes, enhancing their quality of life and well-being.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Companionship: Offer friendly support and engage in meaningful conversations with clients.
  • Personal Care: Assist with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. i>
  • Medication Reminders: Ensure timely administration of medications according to client needs.
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare nutritious meals and assist clients with dining.
  • Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and tidy living environment for clients.
  • Errand Assistance: Accompany clients on errands or appointments as needed.
  • Mobility Support: Assist clients with moving around their homes safely and comfortably.
What We Look For:

We are seeking individuals who possess a genuine desire to help others, coupled with a reliable and compassionate nature. A valid driving license and access to a vehicle are essential for this role. No prior experience or qualifications are required, as comprehensive training and ongoing support will be provided.
