Job Title: Nursery Caregiver

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Nursery Caregiver to join our team at Staff Match. As a Nursery Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to young children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement engaging activities that promote children's development and learning.
• Maintain a safe and nurturing environment that supports children's physical, emotional, and social needs.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Contribute to the upkeep of the nursery, including cleaning and maintaining a high standard of hygiene.
• Administer medications as necessary, following nursery procedures.
• Report any incidents or concerns to the relevant authorities.
• Assist in displaying children's work and achievements.

Requirements:

• NVQ level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent.
• Excellent knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and a positive attitude.
• Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (desirable).
• Paediatric First Aid (desirable).
