Overview
Skin Within Aesthetics, a leading provider of medical aesthetics services, is seeking an experienced Aesthetics practitioner/trainer to join our team as a Clinical Training Director. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and deliver high-quality training programs for our medically-qualified franchised business owners.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aesthetics, with experience in dermal fillers, skin boosters, and anti-wrinkle injections. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with our franchisees and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Level 7 compliant training programs and course materials, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Expand and improve our existing training program, using reviews to develop new methodologies and course content.
- Assist with aesthetics complications management and provide guidance to franchisees.
- Work with patients as part of a franchisee mentoring role, providing support and guidance.
- Review and approve social media content for accuracy and suitability.
- Recruit and manage additional trainers as required.
- Assist in reviews of evidence-based industry developments to update existing treatments and implement new treatments.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience administering aesthetic treatments.
- 2 years' previous training experience.
- Valid NMC or GMC registration.
- V300 prescribing qualification (for nurses).
Working Arrangements
- Part-time, flexible hours.
- Work from home with occasional travel to our training academy in Poole.
