**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Team Lead to join our team at Trinity Resource Solutions. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will be responsible for managing a team of Customer Service Agents, ensuring excellent customer service delivery, and driving process improvements.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage a team of Customer Service Agents, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service delivery
* Effectively manage calls, enquiries, orders, complaints, and log all details of actions taken within the CRM system
* Work closely with the Line Manager to prioritize tasks and manage projects
* Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance customer service delivery
* Collaborate with the team to achieve customer service targets and goals
**Requirements**
* 2+ years of experience in team management and B2C customer service
* Experience with CRM systems (ideally Salesforce)
* Thorough understanding of ecommerce processes from conversion to fulfilment to customer service
* Self-motivated, passionate, and enthusiastic approach to work and providing excellent customer service
