In this role, you will be responsible for driving performance improvement and standards facilitation to deliver luxury quality and customer expectations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the Luxury Quality team to maximize achievement and engagement.
  • Implement and maintain Quality Assurance Processes and deploy Quality Standards that meet customer requirements.
  • Contribute to New Product Development activities to ensure quality requirements are built into new products.
  • Collaborate with NPD to develop, implement, and maintain Luxury Quality standards for new products.
  • Investigate customer complaints and support complaint handling processes.
  • Manage Supplier Quality performance, including supplier audits and material non-conformances.
  • Manage non-conforming products and processes, ensuring root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Complete data analysis and trending to report performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop benchmarking processes to improve quality culture and finished product quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver against food safety, compliance, and ISO regulations.
