About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist to join our team at Nuffield Health Cambridge Hospital. As a Medicines Management Lead, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care and advice to our patients. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide expert guidance on medicines management and ensure the safe and effective use of medications.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice on medicines management to our clinical teams
- Develop and implement medicines management policies and procedures
- Conduct audits and reviews to ensure compliance with medicines management standards
- Collaborate with our pharmacy team to ensure the safe and effective use of medications
