Main Duties of the Job

As a Pharmacist at Nuffield Health Cambridge Hospital, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care and advice to our patients. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide expert medicines management services to a range of departments, including the pre-assessment clinic, outpatient department, ward and theatres.

About Us

Nuffield Health Cambridge Hospital is a state-of-the-art hospital located in central Cambridge. We offer a full range of medical and surgical specialties, including cancer care and surgery, orthopaedic surgery, neurosurgery, cardiology and specialist paediatric services. Our hospital facilities include 3 digital theatres, 32 beds, a surgical day case theatre/endoscopy suite, private consultation rooms and a pathology laboratory.

Job Responsibilities

As a Pharmacist at Nuffield Health Cambridge Hospital, your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering high-quality clinical care and advice to our patients
  • Working closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide expert medicines management services
  • Providing services to a range of departments, including the pre-assessment clinic, outpatient department, ward and theatres

Person Specification

To be successful in this role, you will need to be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council and have proven post-qualification experience. You will also need to have excellent communication and people skills, as you will be working closely with our patients and a variety of clinical staff.
