As part of our Accounting and Outsourcing Services (AOS) team, we support clients in managing their finance functions, reporting on their financial position and performance, and ensuring compliance with changing accounting and tax legislation.

With the rapid pace of technological change, our teams advise clients on process and digitalization, business performance, and financial reporting, while building long-term relationships that position Forvis Mazars as a leading SME advisory business.

Our successful team is growing across various areas, including cloud accounting, payroll, financial reporting, and company secretarial.

Job Purpose

As a Manager, you will work both locally and nationally, accessing the benefits of Forvis Mazars' hybrid working policy, and contributing to the development and delivery of compliance and advisory services to businesses in the SME market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality compliance services to a portfolio of SME clients, including unaudited statutory accounts, corporation tax returns, iXBRL tagging, personal tax returns, VAT, and management accounts.
  • Contribute to the development of our digital go-to-market strategy.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, the SME team, and the Forvis Mazars network.

Requirements

  • CA, ACA, or ACCA qualification.
  • Experience in managing key clients and a significant portfolio.
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of various business models.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
