Counsellor Placement Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified Counsellor to join our team as a Counsellor on Placement in South West London. As a Counsellor on Placement, you will provide emotional and therapeutic support to children and young people aged 4-18 in our partner schools.
Key Responsibilities- Provide one-to-one counselling to children and young people in a therapeutic capacity
- Work in a minimum of one day per week, with the opportunity to attend up to six optional workshops throughout the year
- Participate in regular supervision and tailored training workshops
- Contribute to the mental health and well-being of children and young people in our partner schools
- A high level of support through regular supervision, tailored training workshops, and a well-recognised clinical placement
- A comprehensive induction programme and clinical supervision
- The opportunity to attend up to six optional workshops throughout the year
- Recognition of clinical hours gained on placement towards accreditation with a body such as BACP and UKCP

We are looking for a fully qualified Counsellor, Therapist, or Clinical Psychologist who is passionate about improving the mental health and well-being of children and young people. You will have a Diploma in Counselling (Level 4 or above) or a Degree, MSc, or MA in Counselling, Counselling Psychology, or Psychotherapy.
