Job Summary:

Clinique is seeking a highly motivated and passionate Beauty Consultant to join our team at Selfridges. As a Beauty Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, creating personalized skincare routines, and driving sales of our market-leading products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide inspirational and authentic customer service, building strong relationships with clients and understanding their skincare goals.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Clinique's products and services, making confident recommendations to clients.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Maintain a visually appealing shopping environment, adhering to high standards of visual merchandising.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest skincare trends and products.

Requirements:

  • A passion for beauty and skincare, with a desire to make a positive impact on clients' lives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Previous retail experience, preferably in the beauty industry.
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country.
