About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant at Abacare Limited. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and supported lives in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
- Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
- Follow individual care plans and assist with medication
- Work as part of a close-knit team to provide high-quality care and support
