Key Responsibilities- Develop and Maintain a High-Performing Branch Facility
- Implement Strategic and Operational Plans to meet objectives and goals, including financial analysis and negotiation of supplier contracts.
- Train, Measure, and Manage Employees in company operational processes and standards, ensuring a customer-focused approach.
- Oversee Recruitment, including interviewing, hiring, and monitoring staffing levels to meet business needs.
- Proven Track Record in leading/managing operations teams, with a strong background in logistics and transportation.
- Leadership, Financial Analysis, Negotiation, and Customer Satisfaction Skills, with experience in 3PL and warehousing activities.
- Knowledge and Experience in ocean and road transport modes, with air transport experience a plus.
