Early Years Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Early Years Practitioner to join our Bright Horizons Ely Nursery team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our children, aged 0-5 years.
Our nursery is a modern and purpose-built facility, located on the Cambridgeshire Business Park, with a large outdoor area and well-equipped rooms. We offer a supportive and collaborative work environment, with opportunities for professional development and growth.
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging activities, tailored to each child's needs and interests. You will also develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers, ensuring that we provide a seamless and supportive experience for all families.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement engaging activities for children aged 0-5 years
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of children in our care
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive and supportive work environment
Requirements:
- Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
- Previous experience working with children, ideally in a nursery or early years setting
- Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
- Ability to build trust and strong working relationships with colleagues and parents
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and legislative requirements for working with children
