Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service, install, and troubleshoot a variety of equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Support all stages of machine builds, refurbishments, and new installations, ensuring seamless integration and minimal downtime.
  • Provide excellent training and support to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and confidence in our services.
  • Maintain high standards of health and safety compliance on-site, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Keep accurate and comprehensive callout, installation, and training reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Skilled Technician: Experience with electrical and mechanical fault-finding, with a strong understanding of hydraulics, electrics, conveyors, motors, and gearboxes.
  • Versatile Knowledge: Ability to work with a variety of equipment and systems, with a focus on troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Professional Presence: Confidence, professionalism, and strong presentation skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Travel Enthusiast: Willingness to travel for servicing, callouts, and installations, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing circumstances.
  • Workshop Pro: Ability to contribute to machine refurbishments in our workshop, with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
