In essence, Chevron Traffic Management is responsible for establishing temporary road or lane closures, diversion routes, or pedestrian pathways to ensure the safety of road workers and users during roadworks. About the role of a 12ab Traffic Management Foreman:

Responsibilities of a 12ab Traffic Management Foreman:
- Installing, maintaining, and dismantling temporary traffic management systems, including deploying cones, signs, frames, sandbags, and other equipment.
- Conducting traffic counts, communicating with clients and subcontractors, managing timings, and reporting near misses.
- Assisting and mentoring new trainees.
What constitutes a successful 12ab Traffic Management Foreman:
- Possession of a 12ab Traffic Management Foreman Qualification.
- Qualified in 12ab Lantra.
- Familiarity with Chapter 8 regulations.
- A valid driving license with no more than 6 points; any driving bans must have expired for at least 5 years.
- Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test, with your offer contingent on the results.
- A positive, proactive attitude.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
