Role of a 12ab Traffic Management ForemanThe 12ab Traffic Management Foreman plays a crucial role in the success of our operations, responsible for installing, maintaining, and removing temporary traffic management equipment, undertaking traffic counts, and guiding new trainees.
Responsibilities- Deploy and maintain temporary traffic management equipment, including cones, signs, and frames.
- Conduct traffic counts, communicate with clients and subcontractors, and record timings and near misses.
- Provide guidance and support to new trainees, ensuring they develop the skills and knowledge required for the role.
- 12ab Traffic Management Foreman Qualification
- Qualified 12ab Lantra
- Knowledge of Chapter 8
- Full driving license with no more than 6 points, and no driving bans within the last 5 years.
- Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and flexibility.
