The Lanes Group plc is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team in Washington Depot.

The Job:

The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for planning and organizing the engineer response team's activities, conducting Health & Safety audits on site, ensuring the team has the necessary equipment and information to complete works safely and efficiently, and meeting project deadlines.

You will be accountable for your county's P&L and ODI/KPI performance as set out by the client.

Responsibilities include managing company vehicles and plant within the Depot, ensuring they are calibrated and serviced correctly with the support of the transport division.

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned supervisor looking to progress their career.

About You:

  • Previous experience in drainage/utilities and team leadership
  • Ability to schedule work for maximum productivity and optimal asset usage
  • Full driving license required
