Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Paediatric Speech and Language Therapy Assistant. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical support to Speech and Language Therapists in the delivery of patient care, including assisting with therapy sessions and managing caseloads.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, promoting the best possible outcomes for patients.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of a safe and supportive environment, adhering to Trust policies and procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices and evidence-based interventions in speech and language therapy.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and address areas for improvement, contributing to the continuous enhancement of patient care and services.
