Key Responsibilities

  1. Assisting clients at the trade counter and via phone, as well as providing support for loading when necessary.
  2. Collaborating with the Branch Manager on all facets of branch development and customer service enhancement.
  3. Monitoring stock levels to ensure they are sufficient and replenished as required.
  4. Performing any additional relevant tasks as directed by the Branch Manager.
  5. Supervising the branch's team members.
  6. Assisting the Branch Manager in executing the branch's sales strategy.
  7. Ensuring the safe and effective management of daily operations.
  8. Guaranteeing that all branch activities are centered around customer satisfaction, providing the best possible experience.
  9. Filling in for the Branch Manager when necessary.
