Responsibilities:

  1. Develop project plans, outlining detailed requirements and timelines, in collaboration with clients.
  2. Ensure accurate time tracking and identify potential risks and issues that could impact project timelines, budget, or quality.
  3. Act as the key contact for project health, maintaining comprehensive project documentation and implementing necessary processes to enhance efficiency.
  4. Help shape workflows and implement processes to improve project delivery.
